2011 Flashback - Tonnes of Thanksgiving!

A much delayed post, that ought to be a reflection of my entire 2011.

Looking back, God has indeed shown me a lot of favor and blessings in 2011; evidently and in ways most unimaginable.

I wanna Thank Him for the people that He has put in my lives, the Milestones that I've accomplished and the ties that I've built.

It is by His grace and mercy I not only survived through 2011, but I could say I was victorious! Indeed a restful increase J

Significant breakthrough, accomplishments and blessings for 2011:-

ü March 2011 – took my last module and by God's grace, I managed to study the right questions!

ü April 2011 – Moved on to new role in Export Operations where God continually show me divine favor through my bosses.

ü April 2011 – He used me in the new cell, to serve and love. Where I also gain beautiful relationships and rooted spiritual support.

ü Sep 2011 – God shown me a way to new role, new company and new scope; an increase from my previous job!

ü Nov 2011 – 2 greatest achievement in my family. I am officially graduated on the 19^th Nov 2011 with Bsc (Hons) in Management & Business studies - 2^nd lower division

ü Nov 2011 – 20^th Nov 2011, my sister is officially married under Singapore's law (R.O.M.)

ü Dec 2011 – Divine blessings throughout the month with physical/literal gifts! Showered from heaven! My new iPad, New smart cover, my new iShuffle, my door gift of $200 capita vouchers, my new bling bling earrings, new Kate Spade and Love from my fellow sisters-in-Christ. <3

ü Besides this, I believe that the tie in my family is closer due to my sister's wedding. Everyone is talking more with everyone, and appreciates each other better.

I wanna keep my hands up and praise Him, my Worship should not cease even when I'm in valley's low. My God is real and alive!

Thank You Lord! I look forward to this AWESOME 2012! For more breakthroughs, more divine encounters and more!

Pray that God to bestow wisdom and opportunities and right people at the right time and place for me.
Pray that i will put Him first before anything and He will be the LORD over all my decisions , works and words! Pray that Jesus life will be shown through me to the ppl around me and that they will be ministered by God through me !
And when God bless and entrust us with great things He also bestow us great health to enjoy and carry out the plans!

Hallelujah, Praise to You oh Lord Father! You and Jesus reign forever. Thank You Jesus for your cross that I may come to You and carry Your yoke. Thank You Lord for answering my prayers, to wait upon you Lord, May you continue to speak to me and make my spiritual ears ever more sensitive to your voice. Lord speaks to my everyday in Your way of sweetness, let me taste and see Your words are sweet, sweeter than honey.

Lord Your love is so over powering that I cannot defy my worship to You! You're greatness in everyway is beyond my imagination, Oh Lord, How great is You love and You ways. There's no other name more worthy of Praise, Jesus Let your will be done.

Lord I know the plans You have for me is of Future of Hope, it will prosper me and not harm me. Lord, prepare me in order to receive and be able to exercise the power that you're preparing in my workplace and career. Lord place people and favor in the work that I do, empower my hands and mind that I may be able to withstand the charges from devil that I am not good for what I do, and Lord, teach me humility and wisdom. Not only give me wisdom alone, but also ability to know when and how to use the wisdom for the glory to Your name.

- Friends

Lord You places the right people at the right time in my life, I believe truly that there is no one that I meet by chance but by Your will. May you continue to use me to minister to the people around me, that I may be the salt and light that directs people to You! When people sees that Im different from the people in the world, Lord let them see that it is by your grace and the gift of the Holy Spirit that I may be called righteous.

- Opportunities

Lord, give me opportunities with divinity and divine intervention. Let me be able to discern and seek You in all decisions that I make. Lord, for You know all things and You know what's best for me.

- Timing

Lord let me be able to experience divine timing of the right people, opportunities and resources. That I may be blessed and indeed shout that IT IS THE LORD WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE. Not by power, nor by might; but by the Holy Spirit!

- Miracles

Lord let me experience You ever more in 2012, may Your miracles surrounds me in this coming year when everyone is depressed about, You are the Lord that can make things turn around.

Andrew despised the five loaves and two fishes, but Jesus gave thanks about what they have. Do not despise what is small... If God is upon it, He will multiply and bless it.

Thank God today I've received my confirmation letter. Although I know i am getting it I still don't want to take it for granted..
But my God is good! He Listens and Gives us what is best for us! He knows out limits and potential. He never makes us face things that we cannot overcome but rather stretch us in our abilities to make us stronger.

1) Admit
- Admit my sins

If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9 NIV)

This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. - its important to have self reflection and repentance but not to Condemn. Do not allow others to condemn yourselves also.

- Mind and life goals should be submitted under the authority of God
( not only the act; but the motive and heart should be accordance to His weary for us - God wants our hearts to be inline to what we do...)

Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness. (Romans 6:13 NIV)

I just wanna thank God for everything He did recently! It's like a miracle!
He knows the little things that I need and wants. Evident that when I trust in Him. He prosper me not just in my needs but also my wants! The head and not the tail; above and not beneath!

What's is God's passion?

In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs. - God speaks and there is : He is the word
- God speaks to man : to prophets
- even if man does not listen or understand but He continues to speak to us

3 more days to graduation! My heart is actually in a swirl cos its like a mark to the next phase of life! I can't procrastinate anymore or give anymore excuse. Cos it's done deal already.
Besides sis' ROM is this Sunday. That's 4 days to it too! While consciously I think it's just going through the motion but I guess that it is more than that. It's like a breakaway, an evident, a push to make everything make so crystal clear. For me. That it's time to grow up. It's time to go solo. It's time to be different, it's time for a change of mind!

I pray that God will help me through and out of dilemma. Though as much as I don't wanna grow up. I have to move on.

Don't need a solution just need a suggestion.

I purposely went to search for the trailer cos I haven been on tv much recently to catch the ads.
And boy was I glad I'm going for the show! :)
I'll even catch it anytime w my movie buddies!! Cos it's a sure LOL show!

It's about Ben Stiller trying to be the modern robin hood.
Though there is no high technology or special effects like "mission impossible" or actions like "robin hood" But it was great in their way! It was not just robbery but payback!

There were real jokes and moments where the whole theatre just practically LOL!!

I can't really tell what are the jokes cos its all contextual! And I just love How the veterans flaunt their thing!

You just got catch it this month!

It was an experience of a lifetime to be able to attend the gala event for company.
It's the IFS white collar boxing night, where my boss is on of the boxers. And proceeds goes to charity - children's surgical center Cambodia.

It's quite an experience cos everything was like the oscars! It is my first time attending gala event. Food was okay.. And free flow of wine! I'm a loser to drinking. So I didn't really drank much.

Although there are a lot of drama and definitely less drama than the ones we see on tvb: but it is overall good.

Looking forward to the weekend again!

Enjoy every moment of breathes that you breathe, every step you walk, every word you utter, sing, shout or say.

Enjoy His creations in all circumstance, all seasons, all weather and all situations. He is always good but we are always busy. Too busy with little things that we often misses His blessings for us. Too busy to identify and thank His goodness for us. Too busy to stop and appreciate His divinity in everything.

Stop minding the many things that stop us knowing Him deeper.

For He so Love us He gave us ALL .. So that we will not perish but have ever lasting life. :)

This is gonna be a compressed post on what happened over the weekend.

On thurs, cell was cancelled and as I rcd lou's notification on her mom admission, I went to visit her aft work. I am thankful on how God arrange and plan the whole thing from letting me wear walking shoes and canceling cell and letting me pickup the call knowing abt the fears of lou's mom and the 'coincidence' of discovering the hat for Lou's mom. It was all planned wonderfully! And I thank God that I was able to have HTHT with Lou. :)

ThereAfter, on fri there was this practice for the wedding surprise. Everything went well. So I thank God that for the great group of bros and Sis!

And on sat. It's the big day! Of Jason & Yile!
Was already super tired from the week. And had to wake up like 5am to get ready.. Was damn tired!
It was chaos at the Soh residence! Lol.. Girls running abt to get ready and to prepare the gatecrashing games..
And bride getting ready too! What a sight!
The whole day was pack and tiring and many things happening at the same time! But everything was in good hands of His! Amen for everything made possible!

And Sunday was the church's anniversary and mom's bday celebration.. It was slow and good day. But I was still tired from the week!

But thank God that I managed to get a seat on the way to work and doze off! But it was good rest! :)

His plans are indeed wonderful! :)

I guess that God is wonderful when He ESP tells me today that He is interested/cares and wants to know abt even the little things in my life. No only so, He is also faithful in the little things I do..!
Afterwhich, He actually taught me that I need a teachable spirit. Tomorrow I'm starting my work. I feel the Daddy God is really like a daddy to me. So gentle and reminding; so patient and loving.

Hurricane Irene closed in on the Atlantic coast yesterday, triggering emergency preparations that included unprecedented evacuations and mass transit shutdowns in New York City as the menacing storm approached.

As Irene careened north, rain and tropical storm force winds and ferocious surf began pummeling the North Carolina coast. "The core of the hurricane will approach the coast of North Carolina tonight and pass near or over the North Carolina coast on Saturday," the National Hurricane Center said in an advisory yesterday evening.

Washington and states from the Carolinas through Maine declared emergencies due to Irene, a nearly 600 mile-wide hurricane that put 55 million Americans on the eastern seaboard on alert and that experts say could cause billions of dollars in damages.

President Barack Obama said the impact of the storm, an unusually large storm, could be "extremely dangerous and costly" for a nation that still remembers destructive Hurricane Katrina in 2005. "All indications point to this being a historic hurricane," Mr Obama said.

Hundreds of thousands of residents and vacationers were evacuating from Irene's path.

A quarter of a million New Yorkers were ordered to leave homes in low-lying areas, including the financial district surrounding Wall Street in Manhattan, as authorities prepared for dangerous storm surge and flooding on Sunday in the city and farther east on Long Island.

Some New York hospitals in flood-prone areas were already evacuating patients, and New York's mass transit system, which carries 8.5 million people on weekdays, was due to start shutting down around noon on Saturday.

"We've never done a mandatory evacuation before and we wouldn't be doing it now if we didn't think this storm had the potential to be very serious," Mayor Michael Bloomberg told a news conference.

As authorities ramped up preparations to cope with a potential major natural disaster on the densely populated East Coast, United States airlines cancelled more nearly 7,000 flights and moved airplanes out of Irene's path.

Officials were taking every precaution with Irene because they remember all too well how Katrina swamped New Orleans, killing up to 1,800 people and causing US$80 billion (S$96.2 billion) in damages.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the military stood ready to aid in the response to Irene, with more than 100,000 National Guard forces available if needed in eastern states.

Coastal communities stocked up on food and water and tried to secure homes, vehicles and boats. Cities, ports, hospitals, oil refineries and nuclear plants activated emergency plans.

The earliest edges of Irene began to knock down trees, caused localised flooding and had knocked out power to 7,600 residents of Wilmington, North Carolina by yesterday night.

People huddling in a shelter at a local school said they feared the storm's potential impact but were reluctant to evacuate entirely.

"We were going to go to Charlotte, but we were told we might not be able to get back if there was a lot of damage," said Chastity May, 34, as she watched over her 4-year-old son.

Some were looking to capitalise on the approaching storm.

Greg Bayly, 52, and Scott Olden, 24, were selling generators out of a rented cargo truck along a busy Wilmington street that leads out to nearby beaches. Mr Bayly said the pair could process credit cards to complete purchases, despite the rapidly deteriorating weather conditions.

Some plucky businesses were digging in. A restaurant in Wilmington, North Carolina, posted a message reading, "We are open until the letters fly off this sign," CNN affiliate WRAL reported.

However emergency services said if citizens do not heed warnings, they would not be able to come and help them. "Residents have been given enough warnings and emergency services would not be able to get to them if they needed help," they added.

Theater producers in New York decided not to mess with Hurricane Irene's drama and cancelled weekend shows both on and off-Broadway.

All Broadway musicals and plays have been canceled for Saturday and Sunday, as well as Zarkana by Cirque du Soleil at Radio City Music Hall and Lincoln Center Theater's War Horse.

It's the first time Broadway has shut down for an emergency since the blackout in 2003.

Federal and state leaders, from President Obama downward, urged the millions of Americans in the hurricane's path to prepare and to heed evacuation orders if they received them. AGENCIES

How Great He is been to me!

I am really grateful that I have a great cloud of witnesses of God’s awesomeness and that HE is indeed able to provide miracles and a Plan that has a future for us.

To change people not only need courage, I guess we need more support from our love ones and from within more than anything. But as Christians we have one more thing to hold us together that is God. He became the center of it all. He alone can make all things possible by His strength.

And He alone can clam the raging seas, what more should I fear when He is by my side, within me and over me?

But there are also factors to the eyes to where we are that sometimes distract us from this center. I guess that this is just human nature or our weaknesses.

As I’m writing this, I’m reminded again about just How Great is Our God. It is beyond just a Hope pinner, a mystery maker, or just a hearsay myth. But He is our intimate relating God.

I cannot think of anyone who is just as unselfish as He is.

My post can go on and on about How Great He is been to me. But I just hope that whoever reads this and just take a moment to think about how He has been so faithful to you ever so in times that you are faithless.

i guess that this has always been a saying to "count y our blessings not your burdens" but it is ALWAYS difficult to do so in times of adversity and difficulties. we always like to enjoy the sweet times and often enlarge the bitter times WAYYYY more than the sweetness of life!

how about the goodness of the clouds in the skies and the lovely sunset EVERYDAY-IT-IS-DIFFERENT! have your stopped and appreciate it for a moment? OR take it for granted that it will ALWAYS be there?

i guess that as people who lead a life of mendacity and mediocre; we tend to give in to life and kinda persuade ourselves that we don't deserve the better.

BUT NO!

Jesus have came to wipe away all our deeds that have bind us to be the servants of soil; labor and sweat. We are no longer captives of debts and "the-system". But of only His master plan.

A Plan that will Prosper and Not Harm US!!

Give thanks for every little thing today cos it is vital not to take granted of our "good life"

Sometimes or many times I hope that friends do more truthful than "courtesy" talk. But when that happens, I'd be suck into the comment or "talk" thinking and re-thinking if I really AM screwed up?
Perhaps I am? Perhaps we are?
But this is LIFE isn't it? Who can say they have "master life" ?

Even after we "Graduated" from it. I guess that perhaps we are always too quick to judge and give too little gentleness and sensitivity. We need to wear each other shoes and hats more often to think likewise and to talk likewise.

Yes it is tough. We don't even have time for ourself what more care abt others? If so, I'd rather keep my comments to myself.
It's always easier to standby as a 3rd party to comment and give advice. But as a friend it is always needed to standby as a 3rd party to comfort and comment gently.

well basically aft work i went down to NCC where Pastor Prince preached about the Holy Spirit. it's quite cool cos it's been awhile since i'm greatly touched by the Holy Spirit during worship. and today it's during that one song that is new (as mentioned by the worship leader) and that i have not heard it anywhere before. Yet God used it to touch me so much even during the prelude! and when the lyrics just flashed, i knew it was for me. It sings " i receive Your loving-kindness and grace" Yes Lord! I RECEIVE!
i'm no longer wounded, in pain, sad, depressed or penalized. but i am WHOLE and made new in You! Thank You for Your Grace & Loving-Kindness that I may stand as freely as You gave to me!

This overflowing of Joy within just continues to empower me further into the song. Thank You Holy Spirit & God for visiting me. Amen! :)

This is different from island creamery for their exotic flavors.
Tried their chocolate stout! Likes it! Friendly staff and lady boss!

‘Lord, I Cannot, But You Can!’

Philippians 2:13

13for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

Have you ever tried to break a bad habit on your own? You probably found that when you tried to stop it by sheer willpower, you saw improvement for a while, and then bounced back to square one. Worse, you found yourself binging on the very thing that you were trying not to do. And your condition is worse than before you started your “I’m going to quit” program!

The changes were temporary because it was you doing it.

A church member who had been a chain-smoker used to believe that with willpower, he could quit smoking. He would tell himself, “If there is a will, there is a way!” But he discovered that with willpower, he could stop smoking for a week or two, and then he would succumb to the pull of nicotine again.

When he turned his life over to God and learnt about God’s grace, he told God, “I realize that I cannot stop smoking. I cannot, but You can break my habit, Lord.” And every time he lit up, he would say, “Lord, I am trying to stop smoking, but I cannot. I am trusting You.” He would even say, “I am still righteous because of Jesus’ blood.”

Well, in the very same year, all his cravings to smoke vanished! When asked how he succeeded, he would say, “It is entirely God and none of me! It is all by His grace.” This man lost all the desire to smoke. That is true transformation.

When you receive the grace of God to do for you what you cannot do, you will experience effortless and permanent change on the inside, which in turn changes your actions on the outside. The Bible tells us that God works in us to give us both the will and ability to perform what He desires. It is God who removes the old want to’s and gives us new ones. And He even gives us the power to carry them out!

Beloved, look to His grace to do what you cannot do. Say, “Lord, I cannot, but You can!” Then, what you experience will not merely be behavior modification, but true and lasting inward transformation!

“Lord indeed I cannot but YOU can!, teach me, guide me and sever my bad habits Lord. Thank You for being there with me , by me whenever and wherever I may face, do and in. – Amen”

Read The Good News Today?

Matthew 6:33

33… seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God doesn’t want you grabbing the newspaper first thing in the morning and reading all the bad news in the world. He knows that if you do that, your heart will be full of cares, anxieties and even fears.

This happened to a mother who read in the newspaper that children from China studying in our local schools were becoming top students. She wrote to the press, voicing her concerns about the stiff competition her child would face from these students, even for the top jobs in Singapore in the future.

When you are reading the newspapers, magazines, medical journals, economic reports, watching movies or surfing the Internet all the time, then you are getting your “nourishment” from these sources instead of God’s Word. Now, I am not against these things. But if you constantly feed only on earthly things which cannot satisfy, you will fill your heart and mind with cares and worries.

Jesus doesn’t want you to end up worrying about your life — what you will eat, drink or wear — as these are the things that the Gentiles (people of the world) seek. He says that your heavenly Father knows very well that you need these things. (Matthew 6:31–32)

That is why He promises you that if you would seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, all these things that the world seeks after will be added to you. It will not just be given but added, which means greater in quantity and quality!

If you are broke, don’t pursue money. Pursue God your prosperity. If you are faced with lack, don’t pursue material goods. Pursue God your provider. If you are sick, don’t pursue the “cure”. Pursue God your healer.

Consider The Lilies Of The Field

Matthew 6:28–29

28“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

You may think that you must work very hard to provide for yourself and get ahead in life. But God wants you to consider the lilies of the field — they do nothing. They toil not, spin not and struggle not. Yet, they grow and are clothed by God while simply resting and basking in the sunshine of God’s love! And when God clothes them, they look even more glorious than King Solomon, the richest king who ever lived.

Like the lilies of the field, God wants you to let Him take care of providing for your material needs, instead of you striving to do it yourself. When you let go and let Him, you will see Him bless you supernaturally, abundantly and generously!

This is what happened to one of our church members who had been looking for a job. Initially, he received only two calls for interviews after sending out 12 résumés. Refusing to be discouraged, he believed that God wanted to bless him not just with a job, but with a position of influence too.

God was faithful. This church member soon became the business manager of an engineering company even though he had no engineering background. He was offered a very attractive remuneration package and within his first week on the job, was asked to quote on two projects. He knew that this was God’s doing because it was difficult enough just to secure an appointment with contract managers to discuss projects, let alone be asked to quote on not one but two projects. Before long, he was offered the position to run the entire Singapore subsidiary with only one other business development manager. He was then only 25 years old!

My friend, God can do for you what He did for this person. Just believe that if God clothes the lilies and grass of the field, which are here today and gone tomorrow, how much more will He clothe you, His eternal and precious child, with beauty and riches! All He asks is that you cease from your striving, allow Him to take over and just flow with Him!

Got the book "making wise choices" from Rock, I'm going to practice the learnt lessons by pastor Joel osteen.

It has been a rather relax week, I believe it is God with me cos otherwise where can we find rest? *thanks God*

I thank God for what I’ve been going through. If things are a bed of roses, it might mean that I will be having a more difficult time in future. But if things are already bad as it is, it can’t get any worse isn’t it?

Besides, all the trauma, rejections, dejections and objections are all to build a better me to fulfill a greater plan that He has for me!

I wanna thank God that He made this possible because He walk with me daily, encourages me not to give up and pulls me up when I’m frail, weak and meek.

God You’re awesome in everyway possible and I just wanna lift my praises to You. May your Holy Spirit lift me up everyday in every circumstance that I am in and bestow you divine favor on me as I do things for You.

It’s all about You, and the world not me nor myself.

God lead me to shine for you. In every step I make, guide me and lead me.

Got back from cell today and left with a thinker what if it works out? I think I really need clear precise voice from God! I really don't have the courage to move on. No matter where or not matter what. Complacent seems like a harmless word but effecting it seems like a greater deal after all. I hate the "in between" situations and gray scenarios.

To remove the idol that we think it is but to go back to the word - to put the God back into our lives.

So here it goes, I had my exams which God has shown exceptional favor on me. I know that I could DO IT with He who strengthens me!
Have been so into SHINee recently cos they are actually quite cute and talented.
My iPod shuffle ala ibecks shuffle has been accompanying me truout the ordeal. ThanskU.
Key has a special talent; he can really dance well to girl band songs. Which is rather enticing!
Because if SHINee I watched Hello baby! And I love cute little yooguen! He's such a cutie!
Was sick truout the whole time of exams and my silly believe of evain persist! Tho I'm still sick till date.
Sad news of Japan's 9.1 magnitude earthquake which arose the tsunami causing Huge destruction. #helpjapan #prayforjapan was trending and I did my part by donating @ takashimaya's box.

Indeed it is A NEW DAY! Today marks the new Chapter of City Harvest Church. They have finally moved into Suntec City! It was phenomenon!
Like what pastor kong hee mentioned, they may not have fine tuned the sound, equipments and instruments but God was there! Totally felt His Holy presence decent like a dove of peace. Everything was great. I thought it would be flash and showy but NO! As much as they have anticipated media to do their coverage the P&W was good.

Definitely you'll be able to hear their " Anglican" touch to the worship. It was modern yet concrete.

Followed with fellowship at Kyo Nichi @ marina square. Meal was decent. And sure enough they might not have anticipated that there are so many at this hour menu had quite a handful out of stock and even rice was out! LOL!

These few days, God has been speaking to me and answering my prayers in many many ways. Adding on, it just shows how small faith I am and how vulnerable I am too.

I’m thankful Lord for the grace that you’ve shown upon me and the gentleness that You’ve spoke. Let this not be the last but the beginning of many more. I want to experience You more and more in my every day life. Remind me Lord, in all times to look at You and You alone so that I may not weaver from left to right but stay focus on Your truth.

Restoration of the sheep gate – 1st defence : Pastoral, caring, nurturing

TLC = tender, loving, care.

“TO BE FISHES OF MEN!” – share Christ

3. the OLD date NEH 3:6

That stood the test of time : Proverbs 23:10 truths that build the church

It is from the old then you can move to the new - Jeremiah 6:16

4. the VALLEY gate NEH 3:13

Valley - the lowest area – Job 23:10, Psalm 66:10

The testing, and refining of God, is for us to become like Gold and Silver.

Resist the proud and bless the humble.

5. the REFUSE gate NEH 3:13

Getting things that will poison our lives, filth of our system.

so that it will not end up destroying our soul

There is nothing more than I need but Your mercy and grace in my everyday living.

Let me dwell in Your presence evermore.

God, lead me in my every decision, every thought and every word. Lead my hands and feet that I may build and work to build Your Glory.

Oh God, grant me strength and wisdom. To deal with all the earthly matters and trials.

For I know the plans you have for me will prosper and not harm me.

Let me know seek anything else for answers for the answer comes from You and You alone. Let me see things in Your light, let me hear and know at once that it is Your voice.

Teach me O Lord, to recognize Your voice even though at the softest sigh.

Speak in clear bold words Lord! To strengthen my faith and confidence, for You know Your child is of little faith. Forgive me Father, and grant me with more Faith and Endurance.

25th Birthday Prayer

Lord, let this feast of my birth be a reminder to me of all the gifts and blessings I have received from You this day and all the days of my life. On my day of celebration, I thank you for my life and all of my blessings and ask for another year filled with Your presence in my life that I may continue to grow in your love.

Gracious God, I thank You for enabling me to celebrate my birthday. Lord You have been good to me all these years and I thank You for all the blessings I have recieved but especially for life itself.

Creator God, I do not know what lies ahead for me this year. Yet I know that You are holding my future in Your hand. Let my ways be pleasing to you. As You have promised, be with me, Lord. Grid me with Your strength and grace so that I can live for Your light. Enable me to draw closer to You that I may walk in your peace and be the creative and loving person that you intend for me to be. I ask this and all things in the sure and certain knowledge of your love for me and for all your people.

25th Prezzie to myself : iPod shuffle

Got myself the iPod shuffle from epp apple web
And it was originally projected to be delivered on the 23.02 but when I received the order confirmation and ship Out notification it was said to be on 22.02
But in the end I got it on early 21.02 abt 10am! How cool is that! Pleasant surprise! :) super pleased with it!! :)

Plus i got it engraved. " iBecks' "
It's the first time I got my iPod engraved cos I reckoned that I'll be having it for sometime plus it sldnt be much of a gain to sell it in anyways, due to it's selling price @ RP SGD 78.

I'm totally trilled by the "voice over" function cos it can speak so many languages!

Thats's besides it, cos now im determined to maintain my iTunes. Otherwise my shuffle is reporting my so many numbers and alien titles! LOL

1st full day using it since early morning for more than 12 hrs it still have 50% as of now. With abt 4 playlist and auto filled with random songs, I just get surprise aft surprise on the song choices.

Now I can easily switch between playlists. Keep playlists small and naming it properly may just work if you want to "find" your song easier.

That's all for nao! Counting down to quarter-centurion : ~2 days. :)
